  • Order will be considered and processed only when payment will be credited in our bank account.  
  • CR MEDITECH PVT LTD is not responsible for payment done by you to any fraudant website .
  • CR MEDITECH PVT LTD will provide 90 days warranty for manufacturing defect for CR Meditech Products .
  • 5 Years warranty for Reusable Laryngoscope hadndles against manufacturing defect.  Battery covers 90 days warranty.
  • During warranty courier expense is to be borne by customer. 
  • During warranty if same model is not available will be replaced by other available models/ Brand.
  • If product is not available in future for warranty product , money will be refunded as per depriciation method. ( 20% / Year) Excluding tax amount.
  • CR Meditech PVT LTD can not provide and shall not be liable for installation / Warranty / services for other brand products / Equipments.
  • Orders sent in good condition with MRP stickers. Pls do not accept any goods if MRP stickers are tempered.  
  • Acceptance of goods will be considered as received in good condition with MRP sticker on it.
  • In Normal cases we don't offer the order cancellation.  Order can be cancelled in the special cases after aproval from CR MEDITECH PVT LTD.
  • Returns and Replacements are accepted within 3 days from the delivery of items. Items to be returned or replaced must be in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material. Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale. Returned items are subject to inspection.In case of return of any item the amount will be adjusted in the next order. Any product box demaged in transit should not be accepted by you.
  • Credit note will be issued for cancelled / Returned order which is to be redeemed within 90 days.
  • Due to  hygienic, health and safety reasons, products which relate to personal hygiene and Personal care are non-returnable. Products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned - they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened as per our policy.
  • Customer has to bear courier expenses for returned items. 
  • You understand and agree that the CR MEDITECH PVT LTD does not assume any responsibility for delivery schedule. Dispatch of material will be done through reputed courier company in economy surface mode. CR MEDITECH PVT LTD can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
  • We will provide the shipment booking no. and the website address of the courier company from there you can track your order.
  • Refund will be processed if Pincode is not servicable by our courier service.
  • Special offers  or discounts can only be applied at time of order and may not be applied to any previous order.  
  • Prices and products are subject to change without notice.
  • Trademarks :  Parent company owns their respective trademarks. 
  • The terms and conditions of this User Agreement shall be governed in all respect by the Indian laws. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Vadodara , India.  
  • Price can be changed at anytime without prior notice. Website price can not be compared with direct order price.
  • I/We hereby certify that my/our registration certificate under the Goods & Service Tax Act 2017 is in force on the date on which the supply of the goods specified in this Tax invoice is made by me/us and the transaction of supply covered by this tax invoice has been affected by us and it shall be accounted for in the total supplies while filling of returns and the due tax, if any payable on the supply has been paid or shall be paid.
