- In Normal cases we don't offer the order cancellation. Order can be cancelled in the special cases after aproval from CR MEDITECH PVT LTD.
- Returns and Replacements are accepted within 3 days from the delivery of items. Items to be returned or replaced must be in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material. Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale. Returned items are subject to inspection.In case of return of any item the amount will be adjusted in the next order. Any product box demaged in transit should not be accepted by you.
- Credit note will be issued for cancelled / Returned order which is to be redeemed within 90 days.
- Due to hygienic, health and safety reasons, products which relate to personal hygiene and Personal care are non-returnable. Products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned - they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened as per our policy.
- Customer has to bear courier expenses for returned items ( Both Side). Shipping charge while ordering process is charged at Rs. 350 irrespective of size / weight / location / Value of order, during return / cancellation Courier charge for one side will be Rs.30/Kg or Rs. 350, whicever is higher.
